These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Full-Stack-Kit's Full-Stack Template (the "Template"). By accessing or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Template is provided to you for personal use only. You may use the Template to develop and launch your own SaaS business. You are not allowed to share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Template or any part of it to any other person or entity.

You acknowledge that the Template contains proprietary and confidential information, including but not limited to code, designs, and methodologies. You agree to protect the confidentiality of the Template and to use it solely for your own personal use.

The Template is provided on a one-time purchase basis with no refund due to the non-returnable aspect of the product. You are granted access to the codebase for your personal use only, and you are not entitled to any updates or support unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

Your use of the Template is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Template for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Next-Breeze reserves the right to leggally pursue any person or entity that violates these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
